Our after-hours emergency on-call service is always ready to handle emergencies. This information is also provided in your welcome letter and condo compendium.

Ali’i Resorts provides an Aloha Greeting at your condo. If you have a late-night arrival, we will pre-inspect your condo and leave the lights on for you. An access code or key will be made available to you. We will check back with you the next day to ensure all is to your satisfaction.

Yes, the Wailea Elua Resort by Ali’i Resorts offers daily housekeeping for all regular reservations. Call our office at 808-879-6284 for details. Services are available for purchase for reservations that do not have daily service included.

Yes. The Ali’i Resorts is a local, family owned business and the office is located at 128 Kio Loop. If you would like to extend your stay or need concierge assistance, our office hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and we can be reached at 808-879-6284, 7 days a week.
